Ingrid has called Marin home for 23 years, after relocating from London, England. Originally from New Zealand, she brings a global perspective shaped by living and working in three countries. In London, she taught high school while immersing herself in Europe's rich architectural and artistic heritage.


She holds a BA (Hons) in Architectural Interior Design from Kingston University, London, and has contributed to high-profile projects-including Microsoft HQ and Simpson, Thatcher & Bartlett (London) HQ -while working at an award-winning commercial Architectural firm. Her strength lies in solving complex design challenges with creativity and precision.


Ingrid's background in interior design gives her a unique edge in real estate. She has a trained eye for quality materials, finishes and construction and helps clients envision a property's full potential-enhancing both the buying and selling experience. Her ability to communicate design possibilities clearly sets her apart in a competitive market.
